Forest load-haul-dump machine «BELARUS» MPT-461.1 is intended for collection, loading and transportation of wood assortments (2 m, 4 m and 6 m length) in cutting areas, logways, stub spur roads to wood roads, river wood yards and loading bays, and for unloading, sorting and stocking of such wood assortments in assortment technology of timber stock-piling. The machine is operable in any season at the ambient temperature from minus 30°C up to plus 40°C, on flat and broken terrain in cutting areas with undergrowth, stubs and stones up to 0.3 m high, cut leftovers, fallen wood with diameter up to 0.3 m, in logways, stub spur roads and wood roads, on the snow virgin lands with snow cover up to 0.4 m deep, and in conditions of restricted visibility (dark time of the day, rain, etc.).

Machine «BELARUS» MPT-461.1 consists of a forestry tractor «BELARUS» L-82.2, equipped in accordance with the safety requirements for work in a forest, and a semitrailer PL-9 with manipulator GM-42.
